One of the largest expenses a hotel incurs is wages. It is important that employee’s time at the property be used to maximize performance and profitability. During our Time and Motion Study, EPH consultants will complete a total labor and productivity analysis of your property. During our analysis, we observe and interview employees as they complete their duties. We take into account occupancies and heavy check-in and check-out times prior to scheduling our visit so that we can observe the hotel during different levels of demand. Once we have determined where changes are needed, we recommend implement of those changes for immediate success.
