EPH’s operations and human resource teams will oversee initial hotel staffing and training. The hotel staff is used prior to opening to put the final pieces of the hotel rooms and publics spaces together. This time is also used to train front desk associates on property management systems. Housekeepers are trained and begin cleaning rooms to prepare for opening day.
