At the beginning of a management contract, EPH will meet with the owners of the hotel and identify their information needs. Reports will be geared toward the owners expectations and individual needs. If a new owner is unsure about the information he/she needs, EPH will work with the owner to develop a reporting style to fit his/her needs. The frequency and style of reporting can be changed at the owner’s discretion.
