As the hotel nears completion, our work is just underway.
Once the hotel is near completion, EPH begins our pre-opening service to ensure opening day runs smoothly. In addition to staffing and training, EPH sets up vendors and works with phone and computer installers to ensure everything is ready for opening day.

Based on the size of your hotel, EPH will calculate the amount of supplies needed to make sure guests have everything they need. We take care of ordering to make sure everything arrives on time. Once a staff is in place, we oversee the preparation of each guest room and public space, inspecting every area of the hotel prior to opening.
