Our revenue management services consist of two parts, a one time on property rate and competition analysis and a continuing revenue management service. During the property visit, EPH staff will complete an analysis of your competition’s hotels and your hotel and inputs the data into our rate analysis program. We compile rates for each season and special events and assist your general manager in setting the right rates for your market.

Market rates evolve over time. Using our continued revenue management service, we monitor your rates, as well as your competition’s rates. We look for opportunities to raise your rates to maximize your revenue during busy times. We also look at high demand periods and make recommendations on using stay restrictions, such as minimum nights. We also manage the tricky and competitive internet booking sites
